Clinical Expertise
With my foundation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Self-Compassion focused therapy, I am prepared to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and kindness toward yourself. My expertise lies in guiding you through the process of building emotional regulation, mindfulness, and self-acceptance—skills that are essential for living a balanced and fulfilling life. In our work together, we will not only address the struggles you’ve faced but also focus on cultivating a wise and compassionate relationship with your experiences and with who you are today.
Approach
I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship that allows us to explore areas of growth and address any challenges you may be facing, all within a space of comfort and safety. In our sessions, I hope to blend conversation with skill-building tailored to your unique needs. We might incorporate techniques and worksheets from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Self-Compassion models. These tools are designed to empower you to continue your journey of self-discovery and progress outside of our time together.
Diversity and Inclusion
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I am dedicated to continuously learning from you, embracing your individuality with respect and curiosity. My goal is to provide an environment where you feel safe to express all aspects of yourself, knowing that your story, your culture, and your perspectives are valued and honored.
